Chaturanga to Upward Facing Dog (L2/3 – 8.5 mins)

This is a video showing technique for Chaturanga and the transition to Upward Facing Dog.
NB: One important tip I forgot to mention in this video is that in Chaturanga, your elbows are tracking back behind you (like in a tricep push up), not out to the side. Keep your upper arms close to your side body πŸ’ͺ🏻
