Hip Opener Practice (L2/3 – 30 mins)

This is a 30 minute hip opener practice. Great for our current day lifestyles where we sit a lot causing shortening of the muscles at the front of our hips which can have a flow on effect to our lower back, glutes and legs.
You may feel this in your hips the following day, but honestly, your hips will thank you for it!
PS: I won’t wear black in front of a black background in future vids! (This is the same for the Gentle Yoga Practice as well)
