SLOW FLOW yoga:
Tuesday evenings: 5.45pm to 6.45pm @Stawell
⇢ Slow Vinyasa Yoga: Slower, flowing movements, breath & relaxation
⇢ All levels / beginner friendly
⇢ Seated, kneeling, standing & laying poses
SLOW FLOW RESTORE yoga:
Wednesday evenings: 5.45pm to 6.45pm @Great Western*
⇢ First half of practice is Slow Vinyasa {Slow Flow Yoga}
⇢ Second half of practice is Restorative / Yin Yoga {Restore Yoga}
⇢ All levels / beginner friendly
⇢ Yoga bolster {or 1-2 firm pillows} required
RESTORE yoga:
Thursday evenings: 5.45pm to 6.45pm @Stawell
⇢ Restorative & Yin Yoga: Slow, longer held floor poses
⇢ All levels / beginner friendly
⇢ All floor based: Seated, kneeling & laying poses
⇢ Yoga bolster {or 1-2 firm pillows} required
PRICING:
Casual: $24 per class
10 Class Package: $22 per class {$220 per package}
Yoga At Home Members: $21.60 per class
Yoga Members: Free {unlimited classes}
