  • Foundational Yoga Poses {sitting, kneeling, standing, laying}
  • Sun Salutations A & B

• Step-by-step technique and alignment cues, adjustments and modifications to suit your individual body
• An electronic PDF Yoga Foundations Manual that’s yours to keep and refer back to anytime you need
• The confidence to join any of my yoga classes and practice yoga at home
