General Yoga #13 – Throat Chakra (L2 – 38 mins)

A 38 minute practice focusing on the throat chakra with the option of adding the Throat Chakra Meditation in Savasana.
I do use a bolster for legs up the wall pose and savasana at the end of the practice. You can use a bolster, pillow, folded blanket or no prop at all. Enjoy πŸ’™
